Luxury property, fairly clean, its staff and rooms were beautiful. I slept so comfy in the amazing bed. Swimming pool was nice too. Not to mention fast wifi!

Check-in was early, the service was friendly. The bed was comfortable & room was very clean. Being next to the beautiful beach. Really enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Cuzamil, no need to go somewhere else.

We liked service and facilities, can't complain about anything. Very clean property. Within walking distance of Restaurante Gaviotas, where you can have lunch. It took 5 minutes to reach Playa San Juan on foot.

Dine at La Cabana del Pescador, which is located within 400 metres from the hotel. We greatly enjoyed staying at westin cozumel.
